User-agent is a bit of text that usually describes your web browser and operating system. For example, if you are using Google Chrome 24 on Windows, your user-agent string might be:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/24.0.1312.35 Safari/537.17
The strings are long and include many different things for technical reasons. It does not mean that you have been hacked or that there is something wrong with your browser or your computer.
